Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, IL, is seeking a Part-Time Night Respiratory Care Practitioner I. This role performs respiratory therapies and diagnostic procedures under physician orders, with focus on patient assessment, planning, implementation, and documentation across age groups.

Requirements include RCP license, NBRC CRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and 2 years of acute care experience. A sign-on bonus is available. The department expects leadership responsibilities at times during shifts.

Qualificações

• Current State Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• Current Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the NBRC required. Hired before March 2026, are exempt
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the AHA or ARC upon hire and maintain current.
• Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA or ARC certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the AHA certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• Associate Degree or Bachelor of Science degree preferred.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certificate is upon hire and maintain current or obtained within 60 days of hire.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two (2) years of acute care experience required.

• 3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC) upon hire and maintain current.
• 4. Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) from the AHA or ARC certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.
• 5. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) from the AHA certification within 60 days of hire and maintain current.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $33.50 to $45.09.
