Job summary

Medical City Arlington seeks a Certified Respiratory Therapist Specialist to join our Night shift (Rotating Weekends). You will provide advanced respiratory care to NICU and pediatric patients under hospital policies and may supervise respiratory students in clinical care.

The role requires ACLS, BLS, and PALS within stated timeframes, NBRC-CRT certification, and an active RRT/RCP state license, with a HS diploma or GED accepted. Our team emphasizes compassionate, high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• ACLS within 30 days of start date.
• BLS within 30 days of start date.
• PALS within 6 months of start date.
• NBRC-CRT certification.
• RRT/RCP state license.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to NICU and pediatric patients per policy.
• Execute assignments and ensure compliance with hospital and departmental policies.

Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Certified Respiratory Therapist you will demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Certified Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting.

What qualifications you will need:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• PALS Pediatric Adv Life Supt must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date
• (NBRC-CRT) Certified Respiratory Therapist
• (RRT/RCP-State) Respiratory Therapist/Practitioner
• High School Graduate / GED
