New Communities in Biddeford, ME is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) for a full-time role. You will administer medications, provide personal and medical care, and encourage residents to engage in activities while monitoring vital signs.

The position offers paid training, tuition reimbursement, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, and a 403(b) with company match. Per diem shifts and weekend options are available to provide flexibility.

Competenze

• High School diploma/GED.
• 18 years of age or over.
• Experience in direct care is preferred, but not required; training will be provided.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English.
