First Atlantic Healthcare is seeking a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA) for our Maine assisted living community. You will administer medications and treatments, support residents with daily living tasks, and help maintain a caring environment.

We offer a rewarding clinical role with opportunities for growth, comprehensive benefits, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $19.00 to $22.50 per hour based on experience.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma.
• Certification: Training program approved by the Department of Health and Human Services of no less than forty (40) hours.
• Experience & mindset: Experience with or a strong desire to care for older adults or chronically ill residents.
• Skills: Strong customer service, independence, flexibility, good judgment, and verbal communication.

About The Role

As a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA), you will be part of creating a caring environment with your clinical team, focusing on administering medications and treatments to your residents in an assisted living environment. Often you will support your residents with personal support needs as well, such as light housekeeping.
