Banks Valuation is seeking Certified Residential Appraisers to join as 1099 contractors with competitive per-report pay for the first 90 days. After 90 days, top performers can move to salaried W-2 roles with bonuses and health benefits.

Locations include Cook County (South Cook), DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Kane, Kankakee, Lake, McHenry, Will, Winnebago, and Boone. Proficiency with appraisal software and market research tools is required.
