Banks Valuation is seeking licensed/certified residential appraisers across Virginia to join our growing team. The role starts as a 1099 independent contractor with per-report pay for the first 90 days, then aims to move strong performers to salaried W-2 staff with bonuses and benefits.

We provide tools, technology (ECHO EMS), and marketing support to help you deliver high-quality valuations and build long-term growth with the firm.

Qualifications

• Certified Residential Appraiser License required.
• Growth-minded and eager to learn, adapt and evolve with the company.
• Able to work independently while accepting feedback and process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with appraisal software and market research tools.
