Velox Valuations Western New York, an independent franchisee of the Velox Valuations brand, actively hires experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its team. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ technology and set your own schedules and production goals, with strong support and knowledge sharing.

The role offers bi-weekly pay, a monthly incentive plan, and reimbursements for MLS/CE/license fees, plus auto and phone allowances.

Formación

• Must hold active Certified Residential Appraiser license.
• Experience with modern valuation techniques and MLS tools preferred.
• Strong communication and time management are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Perform residential property inspections as required.
• Prepare appraisal reports compliant with USPAP and Velox standards.
• Coordinate with lenders/clients to meet deadlines and expectations.
• Achieve monthly minimum production while maintaining quality.
