Job summary

Velox Valuations Maryland Metro, an independent franchisee of Velox Valuations, is actively hiring experienced Certified Residential Appraisers to join its dedicated team. You will provide residential appraisal services using Velox Valuations’ advanced technology and techniques while enjoying the same freedoms and flexibility you have today.

As part of the Velox Valuations team, you'll set your own schedules, choose assignments, and set your production goals.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Residential Appraiser or equivalent.
• Comfort with modern collaborative valuations and technology.
• Self-starter with high energy and motivation.
• Efficient time management and results driven.
• Excellent communication with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local real estate trends and market dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel).
• Flexible schedule to meet client/borrower needs.
• Ability to perform property inspections.
