• Dates: Start ASAP for credentialing long term while searching for perm
• Schedule: Working M-F 7a-3p usually with beeper call 1-2/week
• Locations: In patient hospital setting in a level 3 Trauma Facility
• Procedures: CRNAs will be working general, complex ortho, peds, OB , & regional
• Requirements: WV License, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Credentialing: 30 days for clean license
