Job summary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center in Williamsburg, PA is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary medical and detox teams. The CRNP will diagnose, treat, and support patients with substance use disorders, with emphasis on safety and quality care in a 350-bed inpatient setting.

This full-time role offers a $60/hr DOE compensation, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, vacation accrual starting at 3 weeks and extending to 4 weeks, and a schedule Monday–Friday with

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CRNP program REQUIRED
• Clinical experience with substance use disorders
• Knowledge diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, interventions, and patient care practices

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses independently or with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Assess the detoxification and physical needs of patients and develop treatment plans
• Document clinical observations, evaluations, and treatments according to facility guidelines and regulatory standards
• Promote health and disease prevention through patient education and wellness initiatives
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and health screenings
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients, families, and team members
• Address patient concerns effectively and contribute to a safe, supportive treatment environment
• Maintain a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Location: Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center,202 Cove Forge Rd,Williamsburg, PA 16693

Schedule: Full-Time; Monday - Friday

On Call: Every other week Sunday 7pm until Friday 7pm

Compensation: $60hr NP DOE

Vacation: Accrual rate is 3 weeks; moves to 4 weeks at 1yr anniversary

Cove Forge Behavioral Health Center in Williamsburg, Pennsylvania is the leading Addiction Treatment Center for adults. This 350-bed facility offers detox and residential rehabilitation services to the men and women who are dealing with substance use disorder (SUD) and certain co-occurring disorders.

We are seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) with experience in the Substance Use Disorders field. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in diagnosing, supporting, and treating individuals receiving care in our Medical and Detox programs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, and chronic illnesses independently or as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Assess the detoxification and physical needs of patients and develop treatment plans to meet their individual needs.
• Document clinical observations, evaluations, and treatments according to facility guidelines and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) program REQUIRED
• Clinical experience working with individuals experiencing substance use
• Demonstrated knowledge of diagnosing conditions, prescribing medications, therapeutic treatment interventions, and patient care practices

Licenses/Certifications:

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner required
• Licensed to practice in the state in which the facility operates
• DEA license
