Qualifications

Job description

Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a CRNA with a strong interest in a combination Pediatric/Adult practice to join the M Health University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital, which is internationally renowned for caring for children with common to complex health conditions.

Practice Details

  • Flexible FTE - 0.6 up to 1.0 FTE.
  • Signing Bonus and Relocation Assistance available.
  • Wide variety of cases, both pediatric and adult.
  • Opportunity to work with SRNAs.
  • The CRNAs work collaboratively with Anesthesiologists.
  • Scheduling is day, evening and night hours with a variety of shift lengths.
  • As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our providers use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
  • Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
  • As a non-profit organization, Fairview qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.

A qualified candidate will be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist training program. Have a current Minnesota RN license and be board certified or eligible from the National Board on Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).

*Current pediatric anesthesia experience preferred.

The posted pay range is for 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
