Novant Health is hiring a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Supervisor for the Anesthesia unit at New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC. We offer a sign-on bonus of up to $45,000 and a relocation assistance of $7,500.

About the Role

As a CRNA Supervisor, you will oversee the clinical work of nurse anesthetists, assist the Director in team management, and coordinate activities with Anesthesiologists to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate anesthesia staff, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain clinical and professional competency according to department standards.
• Demonstrate CRNA skills as needed.
• Manage daily schedules, complete patient care assignments, and ensure policy adherence.
• Represent CRNAs to leadership and facilitate interdepartmental communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing.
• Valid North Carolina nursing license.
• Certified RN Anesthetist credential.
