Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking per diem CRNAs to join our outpatient endoscopy center in Pensacola, FL. This CRNA-only model supports autonomous anesthesia care with a collaborative team and predictable weekday hours.

You will provide care for endoscopic procedures, work with gastroenterologists and nurses, and enjoy company-paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage and a 401(k) plan. No nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesia required.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in ambulatory centers.
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, nurses, and staff to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain a high standard of care with a CRNA-only model.
• Support a weekday M-F 7am–4pm schedule with no nights or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• W2 Per Diem: $150/hour
