Gastro Health is seeking a per-diem CRNA to join our outpatient endoscopy centers in South Florida. This CRNA-only model offers autonomy in anesthesia care and a collaborative team culture with predictable weekday hours.

Position rewards include a competitive hourly rate of $160 with an 8-hour daily guarantee, no on-call requirements, and comprehensive benefits through W2 per diem employment, including tail coverage and 401(k) eligibility after meeting hours.

Formación

• Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology.
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs.
• Work alongside gastroenterologists, nurses, and support staff.

As a Per-Diem CRNA With Gastro Health, You Will

• Provide autonomous anesthesia care for endoscopic procedures in premier ASCs
• Work alongside experienced gastroenterologists, nurses, and dedicated support staff
• Enjoy a CRNA-only model while being part of a cohesive, respectful, supportive team
• Experience a workflow designed for efficiency, safety, and a reasonable daily case volume

• No call / No nights/ No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation: $160/hour, with an 8-hour daily guarantee
• Schedule: (Mon‑Fri), 7:00 AM to approximately 4:30PM – approx 18 cases per day
• Employment Type: W2 per diem, including malpractice insurance with tail coverage
• Benefits: Eligibility for our 401(k) retirement plan after one year and 1,000 hours of service, including a 3% annual Safe‑Harbor contribution (when the 401(k) is activated)

Candidate Requirements

• Master's or doctorate degree in nurse anesthesiology
• Current CRNA licensure and ACLS certification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary care team
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical judgment
