Job Summary

As a CRNA, you will administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive anesthesia care under the medical direction and supervision of an anesthesiologist. You will play a critical role in ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the perioperative period.

Responsibilities

Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments to evaluate patient health status and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.

Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local, using a variety of techniques and medications.

Monitor patients' vital signs and physiological parameters during anesthesia, ensuring stability and promptly addressing any complications.

Manage pain and maintain patient comfort during and after surgical procedures.

Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of anesthesia care and patient records.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree (4-year) in Nursing

Experience: Relevant experience as a CRNA is required.
