Opening: CRNA

Start Date: As soon as credentialed (90 days for full privileges)
Contract Length: 3 months or ongoing (until September 2025 or FT provider is hired)
Schedule: Four 10-hr shifts per week (open to Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri), 7a-5p, two breaks and lunch every day

Details:

• Locums provider must be certified CRNA with an active IL license, BLS and ACLS.
• OT rate available for PATIENT CARE after scheduled shift or callback.
• Avg cases/day: 80
• Number of beds: 489
• Trauma Level I
• EMR is EPIC
• Procedures required: "Bread & Butter" CRNA position. Mostly GA, rarely do spinals or epidurals for their OR cases. No OB, hearts, or peds under 4. Some GI, EP, IR.
• Credentials: Active IL Medical License, CRNA license, BLS, ACLS
