Job Overview

This role involves providing mental health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment, including prescribing psychotropic medications, crisis intervention, and clinical case management for a diverse population with persistent conditions across the lifespan.

  • Supervise nursing clerical staff alongside the Behavioral Health Case Management Supervisor.
  • Collaborate with physicians, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure quality care and documentation.
  • Require a Master’s in Nursing, licensure as an RN and Nurse Practitioner, certification in psychiatric/mental health, and experience with severe mental illness and AODA.
  • Responsibilities include medication management, crisis response, community resource coordination, and adherence to legal and policy standards.
  • Offer flexible hours, participate in team meetings, and commit to ongoing training and quality improvement.
