Qualifications

• Must have an active SC license or be a non-licensed candidate.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with various surgical cases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia for general surgery, urology, orthopedics, and pediatrics.
• Work under medical supervision and collaborate with SRNAs.
• Participate in various surgical cases including cardiothoracic and endoscopy.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Locum CRNA 125248: Northeast, South Carolina

Specialty: CRNA

Start: ASAP

Dates/Schedule: Start June 16

Preferred Schedule: 4-10's or 5-8's

Shift Hours: 8, 10-hour shifts

Length: 3-6 months with the option to extend

Call: Not required but available. Beeper call.

Cases: General Surgery, Urology, Orthopedics, Healthy Pediatrics, Cardiothoracic, EP Vascular, Endoscopy. Dedicated OB-only team. Cases include SAB (Spontaneous Abortion), LE (Lower Extremity). Opportunities to work with SRNAs (Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists) and some USGRA (Ultrasound-Guided Regional Anesthesia).

Patient Demographics/Ages: Pediatrics to Geriatrics

Supervision: Medical Supervision

Active SC License: Will consider non-licensed candidates

Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days

Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS
