Job Details

We are actively hiring Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to meet a strong demand for top talent. Clay County Hospital in Flora, IL offers a 4-day work week: Monday to Thursday, with no call or weekends. Cases include orthopedic, endoscopic, general surgery, gastroenterology, and podiatry.

Additionally, Salem Township Hospital in Salem, IL, located 30 minutes west of Flora, provides general surgery, orthopedics, GI, GYN, endoscopy, gastroenterology, and ophthalmology services. The start date is September 15, 2025.

We are hiring 4 CRNAs to rotate between both sites with the following schedule:

• One week in Flora, IL: four days (Monday-Thursday) with no call
• One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) with no call
• One week in Salem, IL: five days (Monday-Friday) on call/back paid $185/hour

Work schedule includes 13 weeks off, with rotations of 13 weeks on call in Salem, 13 weeks no call/work Monday-Friday in Salem, and 13 weeks working four days a week in Flora.

Compensation is $270,000 annually, paid via 1099 M/P with tail coverage.
