Job summary

Shasta Regional Medical Center is seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia care for general surgery and orthopedic procedures. The role involves collaboration with the surgical team and overseeing perioperative care in a busy Northern California hospital.

You'll hold current NBCRNA certification and CA RN/CRNA licensure (or be able to obtain). Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our patient-centered environment with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a CRNA (NBCRNA)
• Active California RN and CRNA licensure (or ability to obtain)
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for general surgery and orthopedic procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
• Oversee perioperative care, including preoperative assessment and postoperative recovery.

Shasta Regional Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $240,000-275,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
