Job summary

RN.com is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support to fill an immediate need in a busy surgical service.

Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8s and 10s. This is a full-time, three-month commitment with no on-call. Cases include 85% orthopedics with podiatry, eyes, GYN, pain, GI, ENT and plastics; paper charting; 1:4 medical supervision; credentialing up to 30 days; PA license required or willing to license.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania CRNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for orthopedic, podiatry, eyes, GYN, pain, GI, ENT and plastics cases.
• Maintain patient safety under a 1:4 supervision model and ensure efficient case flow.

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: Monday - Friday, 8s and 10s - full-time 3 month commitment required; no call
• Required Cases:85% orthopedics w/podiatry, eyes, GYN, pain, GI, ENT, plastics. DON'T need to be proficient in regionals and nerve blocks
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper Charting
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: 1:4 ratio, medical supervision
• Credentialing Timeframe: up to 30 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Pennsylvania license required
