Medical Center is approving EMERGENCY PRIVS as they are looking for CRNA coverage starting ASAP!

Details:

1. Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing (April/May 2025)
2. Schedule: Monday-Friday - 5x8's, 4x10's, 3x12's - FLEXIBLE ON SCHEDULING! No call!
3. 40 hours/week guaranteed unless provider requests off!
4. Full Time strongly preferred, but will accept Part Time. Will accept weekends only.
5. Provider will not work on holidays, but other days of the week for 12-hour shifts.
6. PEDS not required, but preferred. Notate provider's interest at name clear.
7. GI strongly preferred. GI schedule would be Mon-Thurs (4x10's). Notate provider's GI interest at name clear.

Additional details include:

• Hospital Based
• Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
• Case distribution: 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
• Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases.
• Locums will work at satellite locations which are across the street.
• Team includes 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs.
• Team care model typically 1:2 or 1:3 supervision, with a team-oriented approach.
• 10 operating rooms equipped with GE Carestation 650s.
• EMR: EPIC
• FTE: 4
• Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult)
• Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (excluding open heart), and complex orthopedic cases.
• Credentialing timeframe is short, with emergency credentialing/privileging approved, aiming for April/May start, case-by-case basis.

• NBCRNA Certified - REQUIRED
• Active CO License - REQUIRED or IMLC (LOQ in hand at submission)
• Active BLS - REQUIRED
• Epic experience: number of years and last provider used (MM/YYYY) - REQUIRED
• Clean Malpractice/Background - REQUIRED
• COVID vaccinated - REQUIRED
