Midwest Physicians Anesthesia Service is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join our dedicated team. We are an independent group exclusively serving Froedtert South Pleasant Prairie Hospital. Our commitment to the community and patient care spans decades. We prioritize evidence-based medicine and employ the latest anesthesia techniques to ensure safe and effective care for surgical, obstetric, and other patients. Our department values a physician-led anesthesia care team model. The CRNA position offers Monday through Friday hours with no call or weekend commitments. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective anesthetic plans.
2. Manage airway and respiratory status of patients.
3. Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
4. Prepare operating rooms, set up equipment, and organize supplies, including gases.
5. Conduct patient visits and accurately document findings.
6. Request and evaluate diagnostic tests.
7. Stay current with advances in anesthesia techniques and equipment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant field.
2. Current Wisconsin RN license.
3. Proficiency in airway management and chronic pain treatment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of current anesthesia practices and innovations.
