• Types of Cases: Ear Nose Throat, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, Urology, Pain Management; ideally would like someone comfortable with Pediatrics--not a deal breaker but would be helpful
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0 - 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Paper Charting
• Board Certification,Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and an Active Pennsylvania State Licenserequired
