1. Schedule: Flexible options - 5x8s or 2x8s and 2x12s, weekdays only, no weekends or call
2. Setting: Hospital-based, rotating between three facilities in Palm Coast
3. Cases: Bread & Butter - General, Orthopedic, GI, Urology, minimal Vascular & Thoracic
4. Credentialing: Standard timeframe of 60 days

Minimum Requirements for Consideration

1. Certification: Board Certified or Eligible CRNA with at least 6 months of experience
2. Certifications: Standard CRNA certifications (e.g., NBCRNA, BLS, ACLS as applicable)
3. Licensure: Active Florida license required
