Job description

This modern, nationally accredited, and non-profit medical center located around 90 minutes from downtown Oklahoma City is seeking an autonomous CRNA to join this great anesthesia service line and be a highly valuable asset to the surgical department.

Opportunity:

1. Join this great anesthesia service line consisting of collaborative CRNAs and enjoy an autonomous, independent role with only having to cover one Level III medical center location.
2. Great work/life balance with a flexible OR schedule and a shared non-onerous call rotation, option for a blocked schedule of 3 weeks on and 1 week off, open to discussing shifts although most weeks consist of Monday - Friday, with non-late days.
3. Have a dynamic variety of surgeries without cardiac or neuro cases.
4. Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and hold an active medical license to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
5. Competitive guaranteed base salary and potential of 400K, malpractice coverage, full benefits, and other incentives/bonuses, pending an employed or 1099 contract model.
6. A few years of practice experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply.
