Types of cases/surgical specialties: Orthopedics, general surgery, GI sedation, adult ENT, GYN, spine, cataracts. All are bread and butter cases.

Acuity of patients: 1-3

Trauma services provided: No

Temp Privileges: Yes

Number of total ORs: 21

Number of ORs running daily: 16-21

Term: 12 weeks or flexible

Split coverage: Yes, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off possible

Facilities: 3 facilities with a total of 21 ORs
