Position Details

• Full-time, permanent position
• Typically work a 10-hour shift on weeks without 24-hour shifts; can opt for solely 24-hour shifts, likely resulting in 0.8 FTE unless additional shifts are picked up
• Schedule includes 24-hour shifts, 6 shifts per 4-week block
• Supervised with significant autonomy
• Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• Approximately 6,000 OR cases annually, including OB, Cardiac Cath, GI, and IR procedures
• Regional anesthesia options available but not required
• Team comprises 6 CRNAs working 24-hour shifts and 11.8 staff CRNAs
• Modern, recently renovated (2023), state-of-the-art facility; Magnet-Designated 200-bed hospital with Level II Trauma Center, Level II NICU, Accredited Chest Pain Center, and Certified Primary Stroke Center by DNV

Compensation & Benefits
