SCHEDULE :

1. Open Dates:
   • July 9, 22, 23, 24, 30, and 31
   • July 9, 16, 23, 30 with Dr. Rad for total knees
   • July 22 with Dr. Mason for Cataracts
   • July 24 and 31 with Dr. Brink for general surgery

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Must be available to start ASAP and cover most/all of the open dates.
2. Ongoing sporadic coverage for PTO coverage.
3. Will have cataract patients.
4. 8-hour days, schedule may vary.
5. EMR: CRNAs do not enter data into the system; they use Cerner/Community Works. No anesthesia build.
6. Will need to work independently, but provider or surgeon will be present also.
7. Average number of surgical cases per day: Cataracts 11 to 15; other procedures maybe 3 to 4.
8. No pain management cases.
9. Trauma level 4.
10. Annual ER volume: around 5000.
11. Description of OR Staff: surgical techs, RNs, providers, and surgeons.
12. Number of Operating Rooms: 2.
13. Training and experience required: no new grads.
14. Required cases include: general surgery adult and pediatric, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, regional anesthesia, ventilation management, local infiltration, spinal only for total knees, plus cataracts, colonoscopies, EGDs, carpal tunnel, etc.
