Job description

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• 1-2 weeks per month
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (8-hour shifts only)
• Weekend & On Call Requirements

Clinical Details:

• Case Mix: Level 2-Level 3 Trauma Center, including hearts, spines, general surgery, occasional head, OB; really sick patients are stabilized then referred out; CRNAs must be comfortable with epidurals
  • All ages, but very sick pediatrics are usually shipped to another facility as the hospital is not equipped to handle these patients
• EMR: Cerner & paper charting
• Support Staff: Mix of physicians and CRNAs; CRNAs work independently once performance is approved by physicians

Requirements:

• NBCRNA Certification
• BLS & ACLS Certification
• Active IA License or Active Compact License
• Full-time availability (1-2 weeks per month accepted)
• Clean record/license
• Covid Vaccination
