Job description

Shift: Schedule: 36-40 hours/week. 10- or 12-hour shifts (option for )

Description:

• Practice Setting: Hospital based
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• CRNA be Supervised or Work Independently: Collaborative practice model.
• Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 100
• Level 1 Trauma Center
• CRNAs will NOT do open hearts, regional anesthesia, central lines.
• Locums won't typically handle pediatric, thoracic, or OB cases, as dedicated CRNA teams cover them.
• General Surgical Cases ADULT
• Spinal Anesthesia
• Neurosurgical Cases
• Ventilation Management
• Local Infiltration
• Maine offers a friendly, supportive environment with excellent CRNAs and collaborative care centered on patients.
• Number of Operating Rooms: 50
• Patient Age Demographic: All ages are in our ORs; however, we have a pediatric CRNA specialty team who cover all of our pedi cases.

Requirements:

• Board Certification (AANA) - Required
• ME State License - highly preferred - will accept candidates needing to obtain license)
• BLS, ACLS - Required(PALS is optional)
