Job summary

SSM Health St. Marys Hospital in Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time position.

Join a collaborative team of 17 anesthesiologists and 77+ CRNAs, with diverse case mix across general, ortho, ENT, OB, neuro, GI, vascular and cardiothoracic surgery, plus deliveries in OB suites.

Flexible scheduling (8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts), shared calls, and a competitive benefits package that includes hiring bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Active Wisconsin RN and APNP/CRNA licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS, BLS and PALS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for a diverse case mix (general, ortho, OB, neuro, GI, vascular).
• Work flexible 8/10/12/24-hour shifts (Mon–Fri).
• Participate in shared call coverage (1st–3rd call, some weekends).

  • Multiple imaging procedure rooms
  • Outpatient Surgery Center with 8 ORs + 2 Endoscopy suites
  • SSM Health SPOC (Sun Prairie Outpatient Surgery Center) - 6 OR's
• Diverse case mix: general surgery, ortho, ENT, GI, vascular, cardiothoracic, neuro, healthy peds, OB
• Flexible scheduling: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts (Mon-Fri)
• Shared call coverage (1st, 2nd, 3rd call + occasional weekends)
