Must reside more than 60 miles from the site.

Duration: ASAP and ongoing.

Schedule: M-F, 8s, 10s, 12s available; no call or weekends.

Cases: General, ortho, GYN, urology, endo/GI, ENT, cosmetic, neuro/spine, pain, cardiology, vascular, radiology, OB.

Credentialing: 60 days.

Care team: Loose supervision.

Needed licenses and certifications: TX license, ACLS, BLS.
