• Clinical Role:
  • Seeking a board-certified or truly board-eligible CRNA for a permanent position due to growth.
  • Work 1-5 days per week with flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.
  • Location: Surgery center, independent facility, with 16,000 cases annually, mainly orthopedic (hips, knees, shoulders).
  • Schedule: Open Monday-Friday, no weekends, no call, no holidays.
  • Team environment with anesthesiologists medically directing CRNAs.
  • Many cases involve peripheral nerve blocks for postoperative pain management.
  • Facilities: 15+ operating rooms, cases start around 7-7:30 am, aiming for all patients in Recovery by 4:30 pm. Providers rotate through later days.

  • Salary: $182,000 full-time, prorated if less, with options for 1099 or W2 employment.
