1. An anesthesia care team of 18 physicians and 37 CRNAs.
2. $100k Start Date Bonus + Relocation Bonus.
3. A broad range of surgical specialties, including trauma, peds, cardiac, neuro, orthopedics, obstetrics, and outpatient procedures.
4. Annual case volume of 14,429, including 300 deliveries and 120 C-sections monthly.
5. Benefit eligibility from the start date, with no waiting period.
6. Generous CME and Florida licensure assistance.
7. Weekend call only, shared equitably among the CRNA team.
