• Shift - Mon-Fri (7am-5pm), Daytime.

• No. or rooms - 11 OR rooms and 3 ambulatory rooms.
• Procedures; Case mix is 6 months old and up. Peds are healthy ent and dental
• All specialties with the exception of open heart
• credentialing time-frame; 60-day credentialing time-frame
