Job summary

DayToDay Health in Chicago, IL, is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to deliver high-quality anesthesia care within an ACT model supervised by anesthesiologists. You will perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and manage airway throughout procedures across general, orthopedic, spine, OB/GYN, ophthalmology and urology cases, with limited pediatrics at ASC.

Collaboration with the anesthesia team is essential.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN and/or APRN license.
• Graduate from accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program.
• Passed National Certification Examination.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Neuraxial experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining anesthesia during surgeries.
• Managing patient recovery from anesthesia.
• Conducting preoperative assessments and developing anesthesia plans.
• Expert airway management, including mask ventilation, laryngeal mask, and intubation.
• Providing care for multiple surgical specialties with limited pediatrics at ASC.
• Working within an Anesthesia Care Team (ACT) model supervised by anesthesiologists.
