Job description

Location: Berlin, NH

Duration: Specific dates from September to December with an option to extend

Schedule: September - EITHER Sept. 11-15 days plus weekend call on Sept. 15, 16, 17 OR Sept. 18-22 days with weekend call on Sept. 15, 16, 17 or Sept. 22, 23, 24. Additional coverage from Oct. 2 to Oct. 22 and Oct. 28 to Nov. 27. December coverage from Dec. 2 to Dec. 17.

Additional CRNA needed: To cover employee's FMLA from 10/9 to 12/3 (8 weeks)

Reason for coverage: Growth

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm. Once cases are completed, CRNAs may take call from home (within 30 minutes of the hospital).

Call: Yes

Patient volume: On average, 12 patients per day

Scope of practice: Regional anesthesia and sedation, working independently without an anesthesiologist on site or on call.

Requirements (boards, license): BC or Truly Board Eligible with New Hampshire or IMLC License. Candidates will be licensed.
