Locums - Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, CRNA Opening

Clinical Role:

• Seeking CRNA for locum position in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.
• Start: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, with flexible 8- or 10-hour shifts.
• Call Rotation: 1:4, beeper call; aiming for 1 call day per week with post-call day off.
• No weekend call required at this time.
• Responsibilities include Mac, General Anesthesia, Elective cases, intubation, IV placement.
• Equipment: Drager Anesthesia Machine, Omnicell Medication Dispensing.
• Case Load: 3-6 ORs, with assigned or unassigned patients.
• Response Time: 15 minutes for call response.
• Call Ratio: 1:5.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia (NBCRNA) - Required.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS - Required.

Facility Details:

• Trauma Level IV
• EMR System: Cerner
