Job description

CRNA opening: Ashland, KY

Location: Ashland, KY, approximately 67 miles to Charleston. The facility is a 465-bed regional referral center.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $250,000 on W2 with full benefits included
• Sign-on bonus: $25,000
• Additional incentives for taking call (you decide how much)
• Benefits include health, vision, dental, life insurance, retirement plans, malpractice coverage
• Six weeks of vacation plus an additional week for CME, and $5,000 CME allowance

Job Details:

• Full-time, permanent, employed position
• Immediate opening
• Supervised CRNAs
• Must perform own OB cases
• Case types include orthopedics, general surgery, basic ENT, urology, bariatrics
• Call responsibilities: 3-4 weekends per year, weeknight call approximately once every two weeks
