Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Start Date: ASAP | Pay Rate: $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

1. Available Shift Length and Scheduling: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts; weekday schedule 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM with beeper call; 24-hour in-house weekend call (1:3 pager); Cardiac call anticipated 1–2 times per week (home call); Go Live March 1, 2024.
2. Required Cases: General, Cardiac (CABG and valve cases), Orthopedic, Neuro, Thoracic, Major Vascular, Regional, Pediatric, Obstetric cases.
3. Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic — experience required and must be noted in your application.
4. Care Model: Care team model; cases performed with a CRNA during the day and on call, with physicians possibly performing portions of cases.
5. Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days.
6. Licensing: Active Wisconsin license required at the time of submission; Board Certified or Board Eligible required.
