Job summary

Fast Switch, Ltd. is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a permanent role with our healthcare client in Anderson, SC. The CRNA will be licensed, certified to practice and provide anesthesia care under supervision, per department policies.

Responsibilities include pre-anesthetic evaluation, induction/maintenance/emergence, post-anesthesia care, and peri-anesthetic support. Monitors and airway management during surgery, and drug administration complete the role requirements.

Qualifications

• Current SC RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthetist program, SC recognition.
• Current certification from the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

CRNAs are professional Registered Nurses duly licensed and certified to practice as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, registered with the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists, and have completed a graduate curriculum focusing on clinical judgment and critical thinking in all aspects of anesthesia care. CRNAs will be medically supervised by Anesthesia Department anesthesiologists. The CRNA must have specific qualifications and be willing to work within the boundaries of the stated scope of practice.
