• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements: 7 days on/7 days off schedule
• Required Cases: Orthopedics, Urology, Vascular, Gastrointestinal, Gynecology, Neuro, Spine, No Obstetrics, Hearts, or Heads
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent: function independently and as a collaborative team with 1 physician.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
• License required or willing to license: Active Illinois license required
