Required Cases: General, Pediatrics, Ear, Nose and Throat, Orthopedic, Obstetrics, Urology, Diabetes Insipidus, Vascular cases
Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
Care Team or Independent: Independent
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
License required or willing to license: Active state license preferred
