GASTROINTESTINAL ASSOCIATES, LLC in Johnson County, Kansas City area seeks a CRNA to join our GI-focused ambulatory surgery center as an independent contractor. GI procedures only, with a daytime schedule and a supportive team.

Typical schedule is four days per week, with occasional fifth day for coverage. First cases start at 7:00 AM and last at around 3:00 PM; no nights, no weekends, and no call. Lunch is provided on most days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Current CRNA certification.

• Current ACLS/BLS certification.

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Independent Contractor | GI Ambulatory Surgery Center | Johnson County, Kansas City Area

We are seeking a CRNA to join our GI-focused ambulatory surgery center located in Johnson County in the Kansas City area as an independent contractor. Our center performs GI procedures exclusively, providing a consistent, efficient, and collaborative environment.

Position Highlights

• Independent contractor position — not an employee
• $190 per hour
• No nights
• No call
• First cases begin at 7:00 AM
• Last cases are scheduled around 3:00 PM
• Lunch provided most days
• GI procedures only

Schedule & Coverage

The standard schedule is 4 days per week.

Because we work as a team, there will be occasions when another CRNA is taking time off. When coverage is needed, the expectation is that the CRNA will work a fifth day that week to help cover the schedule.

The position otherwise does not require nights, weekends, or call.

Responsibilities

The CRNA will provide safe, efficient, and high-quality anesthesia care for patients undergoing GI procedures. Responsibilities include:

• Pre-anesthesia patient evaluation and assessment
• Administration and management of anesthesia appropriate for GI procedures
• Intraoperative monitoring and management
• Post-anesthesia patient care and handoff
• Collaboration with gastroenterologists, nurses, and other ASC staff
• Maintaining a strong commitment to patient safety and quality care

Compensation

$190 per hour as an independent contractor

The standard schedule is 4 days per week, with the expectation of occasionally working a fifth day when needed to provide coverage for another CRNA who is off.
