Job summary

Lubbock Surgery Center in Lubbock, TX seeks a CRNA to deliver anesthesia in a dedicated pain management setting. The role emphasizes quality patient care, collaboration with physicians and a surgical team, and a commitment to evidence-based practices.

We offer a 4-day work week (Mon–Thu) with no on-call, nights, or weekends, a generous salary of $310K per year, paid holidays, 200 hours of PTO plus 2 CME days, malpractice coverage, and full benefits with retirement.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Texas Advanced Practice RN (CRNA) and compliant with state requirements.
• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Board certified or recertified by NBCRNA.
• Must be insurable for malpractice.
• Current ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications.
• 1 year CRNA experience preferred.

With clinics and surgical centers across Texas, IPA combines advanced interventional techniques with compassionate, patient‑centered care. The CRNAs practice in collaboration with pain physicians and a surgery team to deliver high‑quality, holistic, evidence‑based anesthesia in Pain Management.

Job Description

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) practices in collaboration with physicians and a surgery team to deliver high‑quality, holistic, evidence‑based anesthesia in Pain Management. The CRNA cares for patients in a surgical pain management setting.

Qualifications

• Holds current state license as an advanced practice registered nurse in the state of Texas and complies with applicable state statutory and regulatory requirements concerning CRNAs.
• Graduate of a nurse anesthesia educational program accredited by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs.
• Is currently certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
• Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer.
• Active Advanced cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• 1 year CRNA experience (preferred)
