HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our hospital-employed anesthesia team. The role supports 13 sites of service including ORs, EP Lab, Cath Lab, with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts and occasional premium pay for extra shifts.

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our thriving, hospital-employed anesthesia team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital in Hudson, Florida.

Located just 35 miles northwest of Tampa on Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast, Bayonet Point offers the perfect combination of coastal living, outdoor recreation, and easy access to one of the state's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.

This well-established anesthesia program has flourished under exceptional clinical leadership and features a cohesive team that has worked together for the past five years within the HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services model.

Opportunity Highlights

• $75K Start Date Bonus + $10K Relocation Assistance

• Collaborative ACT model with 10 Anesthesiologists (7 General, 3 Cardiac) and 22 CRNAs
• Approximately 12,000 annual cases
• Coverage across 13 sites of service, including:
• Operating Rooms
• EP Lab
• Cath Lab
• General Surgery
• Orthopedics
• Spine
• Vascular
• Bariatrics
• Robotics
• No OB. No Pediatrics.
• Flexible scheduling with 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
• One weekend day shift every 4–6 weeks (included in regular schedule or available for premium pay)
• Practice at the top of your license:
• Perform peripheral nerve blocks
• Place arterial and central lines
• Independent airway management with demonstrated competency
