Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team at the Cottage location. This part-time role involves delivering anesthesia across diverse surgical services with no on-call requirements and minimal weekend shifts.

• Current RN license and CRNA certification (NBCRNA).
• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Ability to work harmoniously in collaboration with anesthesiologists and other health care providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plans.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia care team. The CRNA will be responsible for administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital.

Work-Life:

• No call, no overnight, minimal weekend shifts, latest shift ends at 9:30pm.
• HFMG Surgery Centers provide an opportunity to perform a wide variety of cases such as total hips and knees, plastic, sports medicine, ortho, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, and endoscopy, and general surgery.
• The Ambulatory Division has over 40 CRNAs and 10 senior staff physicians delivering high quality fast-paced patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
