This full-time, on-site Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) role is based in Houston, TX. The CRNA will provide safe and effective anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures, including pre-anesthesia assessment, planning, and administration of general anesthesia. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after anesthesia, managing airway and hemodynamic status, adjusting anesthesia plans as needed, and collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The CRNA will also participate in patient and family education, ensure accurate documentation, adhere to institutional protocols and regulatory standards, and contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
