Cleveland Clinic is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join the Multi-Specialty Anesthesiology Division at the Main Campus in Cleveland, Ohio. You will work alongside a collaborative team of anesthesiologists and advanced practice providers in a high-excellence environment.

This role welcomes both experienced CRNAs and new graduates, offering a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, and extensive benefits while covering diverse, complex cases across specialties.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
• Current RN and CRNA licensure through the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Current certification and continued professional certification (CPC) through NBCRNA.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• PALS and/or NRP certifications may be required depending on practice setting.
• No prior experience required; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments.
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance and emergence phases.
• Monitor patient responses and make critical clinical decisions.
• Provide post-anesthesia evaluation and follow-up care.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
